TAFNEX™ CF-PP is a unidirectional tape (UD tape) that consists of carbon fiber (CF) and polypropylene (PP), achieved by a unique bonding technology of Mitsui Chemicals. This thermoplastic composite material has a very good water and chemical resistance as well as a high stiffness and strength while being extremely lightweight. TAFNEX™ offers excellent processability via thermoforming, tape winding, tape placement and injection molding
